D.U.H. (Didn't U Hear) Street Promotions starting doing promotions for EMI records in June of 1996. Original staff was Damian Eric (former Truth Music Progeny artist from New York) and Mephisto (Storm Children) running the streets sniping stickers of Bahamadia, Rappin 4-Tay, Heather B, etc. We landed our 1st major project with Needlelander Group doing promotions for the "Smoking Grooves Tour". We expanded to the Dayton & Columbus area in 1997 and landed many major and independent label accounts. Currently G-Fresh is orchestrating the team that has combined resources
D.U.H. Street Promotions / Field Research team promotes artist, labels, events, products such as clothing, merchandise, etc... Our advantage is that we have our hand in everything a street team needs to touch. We run the record pool and our DJ's are doing all the mobile parties and events, spinning in the clubs and cranking out the mixtapes. We have the Underground Radio locked . We also have an excellent rapport with the urban station WIZF 100.9 FM. We are in good with all of the retail stores (they receive faxes of our record pool and radio charts). We have Black Sheep who does the video show "Basement Flavor" on our team as well as Sean Jay "You Must Learn" and Doug "Urban Reality". We also have a team that can go anywhere in the city to lay it down.
